Everything I had at Kaliwa was tasty. The interior design and decor was thoughtful and compliments the food. The menu is set up in a way to get you to sample food from Korea, Thailand, and the Philippines. Start off with the Phuket Sunset to set your tongue ablaze. Then try some of the bbq/street meat. The Filipino street bbq is delicious, served with the banana ketchup. If you like clams, the Hoi Pad Tao has a lot of heat and deep flavors, typical of Thai food. And for dessert absolutely get the Halo Halo! If you like ice cream or especially bingsu, you'll love it.
